It’s a conspiracy
I’m not really a great believer in conspiracy theories.
I grant that there are some things that raise questions at the back of my mind, but in general most theories can be dismissed with simple logic.
Naturally there has been a deluge of theories about the Virus [or Woo Hoo Flu or what ever you want to call it]. One or two stand up to the simple test of logic. For example, I do believe there is a conspiracy in China to cover up the source of the Virus. It fits comfortably with the Chinese trying to censor anything that puts them in a bad light.
So what about the Virus itself? One theory is that it doesn’t exist. To an extent this is plausible and it could just be a variant of the common flu, but it does seem to have a somewhat higher mortality rate so I am quite content to believe that it does exist. As for whether it was developed in a laboratory as a weapon, all I can say is if so, it isn’t very efficient at its job.
Then we have the Bill Gates and 5G theories. I would point out that I have trouble getting 3G here [and in most places in Ireland] so forget about 4G, let alone 5G. That one makes no sense whatsoever. As for the idea of planting some kind of microchips in us? Another theory that fails the logic test, not only in the impracticality of ensuring one chip goes into us and who, and how are they to read these chips anyway? Penny has a chip in her but to read it I would have to wave a chip detector over her shoulder and her back. I’ll leave that to the tin-foil hat brigade to explain that one.
So where do I have concerns?
For a start, there are eye watering profits to be made by Big Pharma. The AstraZeneca vaccine was originally supposed to be offered at cost price. Was it coincidence that suddenly there was a spate of scares surrounding it and countries turned to Pfizer and Moderna? There are certainly grounds for a theory there. It would also explain the sudden desire to vaccinate young kids who were apparently completely safe when it came to reopening schools.
Another popular theory is that various governments are flexing their muscles when it comes to population control. This is plausible to an extent but my belief is that it is more a case of fear of being blamed for a rise in mortality combined with a desire to prove themselves for the purpose of re-election. They are desperate to play “the safe game”. This goes for the “advisers” too. They have become obsessed and blinkered with their mathematical projections and their statistics.
I confess I am a little baffled by the level of fear they wish to instil in the population. A few weeks ago they were screaming about the graphs “going vertical” but this hasn’t happened. They are still giving gloomy forecasts despite relatively low hospital and ICU rates and the simple fact that the vast majority of the “vulnerable” have been vaccinated. Why have they stopped giving death rates? They claim that’s down to the computer hack back in the middle of May but they still seem to able to give us other figures? My guess is that the death rates are too low to be scary. The best estimate I have [based on their own figures] is 44 deaths [probable and possible cause] since the 1st of July – marginally over one a day.
To all intents and purposes the pandemic is done with. It’s now endemic and has taken it’s place with the rest of the flu viruses.
Yet it is still illegal to have live music at a wedding? You can sink a pint in a pub quiet legally if you are sitting at a table, but you’re breaking the law if you sit at the bar? You have to have proof of vaccination if you want to eat in a restaurant but the staff don’t have to be vaccinated and probably aren’t?
There are still some questions to be answered.
Conspiracy theories anyone?
There was a theory I read that simply stated that almost all conspiracy theories (related to Governments) can be explained quite simply. It’s the cock up theory.
Governments are so monumentally incompetent that from the outside it looks like a complex Web of ingenuity, and needs complex theories to explain.
Apply occams razor, the cock up theory always wins.
An excellent debunk of just about every theory! Our lot are running around like headless chickens at the moment. Thankfully people are starting to ignore them.
Hanlon’s Razor:-
“Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity”
It seems to apply to all gubmint operations for the last few decades, at least.
In the US the President can only run for 2 terms I would love this to apply to all politicians worldwide.
Other clauses state that a US President must be at least 35 years old and have been born on American territory. That means Boris Johnson could qualify . . . . and they thought Bill Clinton was a fornicating cad!
Another stipulation should be that no blood relatives be allowed run. This country is riddled with career political families.
So is the UK (Kinnocks, Benns, anyone?) – and the US of A. The Kennedys also ticked the “fornicating cads” box although perhaps that wasn’t surprising as they descended from one who was basically a prohibition era mobster.
Nor should anyone who has stated their desire , at ANY time in the past to become prime minister or an MP for that matter.
Well said, sir. I’ve never heard (or read in this case) it put any better.
