I am sick and tired of paying debts that I don’t owe.

The big one of course is the banks.  I had no dealings with any of the banks during the boom years, apart from the usual petty day to day personal transactions, yet I am expected to pay for their recklessness for the rest of my life.  THAT IS NOT MY DEBT so I don’t see why I should have to pay a single red cent towards it.

Now the fucking nuns expect me to pay their debts.  They ran their slave labour sweat factories and the victims quite rightly have demanded justice.  Part of that justice is compensation, and frankly that is richly deserved.  However the fucking nuns just casually refuse to cough up.  And what does our minister say in the face of such arrogance?  He says he is “disappointed”.  Why the fuck isn’t he ordering them to pay out?  It’s their mess and it’s up to them to clean it up.  But no – our wimpy minister is “disappointed” so once again the taxpayer [a.k.a. ME] has to pay out.  THAT IS NOT MY DEBT so I don’t see why I should have to pay a single red cent towards it.

I am really pissed of at this attitude of “don’t worry – the tax payer will foot the bill”.  Why the fuck should I?  Where is the precedence that people should pay off debts that they didn’t incur?

I got another letter this morning.  The fucking Mint Office sent a final demand for an item which I explicitly told them not to send.  I told them not to send anything and that if they did, they wouldn’t get it back, but they still sent it anyway and are now demanding payment with menaces.  They can fuck off.

I’m going to pick a name and address at random out of the phone book and send it on to them.

Let him pay my debts, whoever he is.
