We have been inundated with doom and gloom about Brexit. We have been told that supermarket shelves will be empty and we will have no access to medication. Unemployment will be rampant and inflation will go through the roof.

Who cares?

Irish people travelling to UK after no-deal Brexit will be able to buy duty free tobacco and alcohol.

The Booze Cruise is back with a vengeance!

I can just imagine that the Irish Sea ferries are already being stripped of essential accommodation to make way for the enormous duty-free shops. If they have any sense they will already be printing the day-return tickets. Maybe they are even planning on bringing in extra ships? They will probably need them.

So Brexit isn’t all bad news.
