Irish Blog Awards – voting open
In case anyone is wondering what that yoke is at the top of my site, the voting is now open for the Irish Blog Awards.
I have stuck an extra page on the site explaining it all, and giving links.
I promise to remove it at the end of the week!!
Grandad,
I voted for you in the Blog Awards but
I must warn you that I am currently
in Florida, and though I voted for you,
George W. Bush will be declared the
winner!
Better luck next time!!!!!
Aw sh*t. Herself said I shouldn’t have slagged him so much!
Thanks for the vote 🙂
Grandad,
See you in about a week. Himself and I
are leaving today for New Orleans. Say,
do you think you could ship Sandy over
to help with the driving? Does she know
how to drive on the right? No? Well, send
her anyway. She can read the maps for
us and make dinner reservations.
Have a good week.
Sorry, but you can’t have Sandy. I’d miss her too much!
You worried about splitting the Headrambles vote with two entries in the humorous post section, Grandad?
I didn’t enter them! Considering I didn’t expect to get anywhere, I’m sort of flattered to get what I did get. Being a modest sort of chap, I nominated myself for Best Newcomer, and that’s it.
Same as! Dunno where the other nominations came from. Mrs Skinner says she nominated the swearing lady.
Good luck anyhow, Grandad!
I was wondering – if I develop Multiple Personality Disorder, does that mean I can vote lots of times?
