All is quiet here.

The decorations are up. But then they’ve been up for the last five or six years. It was a tricky job putting them up at the time, so I just left them there. Nobody notices them for the rest of the year as they nicely blend into the background.

So at Christmas I just throw a switch and there they are. Christmas with minimal effort.

We bought a tree on a pot last year but unfortunately I never got around to planting it after so It’s not too healthy now. The old artificial one is fine and I don’t have to worry about where to dump t after.

Daughter is supposed to be here for the day. No sign of her yet. She’ll come. Unless she forgets. Daughter works in mysterious ways.
