I would imagine a fair chunk of Europe hopes the same thing!
Voting no means bad things for maybe 5 or 6 years. Voting yes means getting that lovely metal band around your neck for the next 50. It's a no-brainer…..
Europe is facing at lest 2 crisses to its existence now in the greeks and the invasion from africa and they are failing spectacularly at both (third being the rise of nationalistic minded parties and support in individual countries in response to these things)
Shocking that a bunch of dispirit politicians with different ideologies and desires to save their own skin will ultimately manage nothing or worses

There was an interesting post-war photograph published yesterday of the Greek Finance Minister at the time signing the international document that cut Germany's debts in half.
