There is something wrong somewhere.

Actually there are a couple of things and I am stumped.

The first is that when I tried to do my little scribble here I got the message “The editor has encountered an unexpected error” and a blank screen with no way out. This is about as helpful as bringing your car to a mechanic to hear “your car doesn’t work”.

I did the obvious thing and did a search on the Interwebs. That was fuck all use. There were loads of ancient responses and none were very helpful. The only hint I got was that it might be one of those plug in yokes playing silly buggers, so I shut them all down. That actually worked but that means a whole lot of stuff in the site won’t work any more and I’m probably going to be inundated with spam if someone hasn’t hacked the site first.

The other one is really strange.

Yesterday my phone pinged at me a few times. This usually means someone is trying to get in touch, or it’s a reminder or something. Each time I went to see what was up I got a message telling me my phone wants to log into my main router. Why? Why the fuck would my phone want administrator access to my home network? It’s already connected via the wireless setup so it has no reason to go any further.

There are times when I swear that modern technology is just there to annoy and confuse me.
