Getting the turkeys to vote for Christmas — 9 Comments

  1. Never been a Tory – never agreed with Thatcher etc – and I’ve always thought Cameron to be a multi millionaire wanker…. however – thank you David for sticking two fingers up at the Krauts and the Frogs .. now I need to know what HIS ulterior motive is before I contemplate voting Conservative !!!! My socialist / nationalist forefathers would turn in their graves … Don’t count on me David, I might be unavailable if the price of Guinness comes down … can I ask … does he have designs on a united Europe … not much chance … vive la revolution – translate it  to 3rd reich as you will!!!

  2. This could be a great opportunity for the people of Ireland to pay back the money borrowed by the then government and tell the bankers to go suck an egg.

  3. The real rub is we will be asked to vote (democracy me arse) for a treaty change to give more of our sovereign rights away to an unelected undemocratic System controlled by the Germans, who are, as we all know  looking out for themselves, while the French run behind them noses up Merkel’s arse.

2016 is coming soon. Maybe we need to take over The GPO, again…..

A prophecy of things to come?
I was just looking at a few James Connolly quotes.

“The great only appear great because we are on our knees, let us arise!
If you strike at, imprison, or kill us, out of our prisons or graves we will still evoke a spirit that will thwart you, and perhaps, raise a force that will destroy you! We defy you! Do your worst!”

    James Connolly (1868-1916)

This should be our message to Europe.

  5. Cardi – I confess I never had any time for Cameron, but this time at least he has grown a pair.  Pity I can’t say the same for our little arse-licker.

JOS – That would be so sweet!  We can only wait and see.

Slab – It’s at times like this that I’m glad I’m not a youngster with all that shit ahead of me.  It is incredible how the world has become so fucked up in such a short time.

  6. Cameron was caught between a rock and a hard place.  If he had agreed to their demands it would not have gone down well with his backbench. He didn’t, so he has to put up with the criticism from the coalition cabinet, civil service mandarins and the Labour Party, not to mention the silent disapproval of the deputy PM and LibDems in general. I give him some credit for making the decision he did, but still don’t trust him to get us out of this hideous EU fiasco.

  7. just listen to the small french lad, he’s starting to panic. All this is about is saving french banks, the Germans are big enough to ride this out a storm but he is shitting himself.

  8. Slab you wont be asked to vote on any changes in the Treaty they put a clause to get around that last time Ireland voted. Does anyone know what are them label badges [pins] most of the leaders are wearing I see Kenny had one. Not lost on me that the Nazi’s were the first to use these type of badges. Getting back to Cameron he’s no hero he was only following orders from City Banksters who dont want any interference it their money making ways.

  9. I wonder who will be the first to recommend a boycott of the London Olympics if they don’t play ball (sic) ???
