  1. Tsk. It’s Box Brownie, ye oul duffer! 🙂

Nice pics though, I’m jealous because we got no snow here in the South East, boo!

  2. Shucks! That’s what I meant to type. The mind works slower than the fingers these days. I’ll correct it, thanks.
    .
If it’s any consolation, it has just stopped snowing now. Only about one and a half inches. Our dog still hasn’t plucked up the courage to go out for a pee. She must be bursting!!

  3. Up in Belfield we got a whole millimetre of snow – yes, I measured – and I’m psyched because if it keeps snowing like that, in ten months I’ll have enough for a snowball fight!

  4. Dammit – I’ve just discovered the weight of it has snapped the top off a tree I was very fond of. Bugger!!!!!

  5. Grandad,

My grandson Andrew, lives in bitterly cold Chicago.
The other morning at 5 A.M. he saw the snow coming down and drifting in the street. A fun loving kid, on a lark he sent an Email to the Superintendent of schools asking if there would be school that day and in 10 minutes the reply came through. Here it is:

” Andrew, let me explain how I determine whether or not there will be classes. I open my back door and if the dog won’t go out, there is no school. I’ll get back to you.”

The dog wouldn’t go out and there was no school that day.

  6. Yes, Grandad there is no school for you today. You
have all day to keep taking those beautiful photographs.

WAIT! Isn’t it about 8:19 P.M. in Ireland now?
You’re done outside for today. Take some pictures
of your dog inside and let us see her. What’s her
    name?
