The EU and The Snowflakes — 17 Comments

  1. Like you I despair for my grandchildren and these brain dead snowflakes seem to think that we voted to leave because we didn’t care about their future.

They seem unable to grasp that it is precisely because we worry about their future that we voted as we did. At least we voted which is more than the overwhelming majority of them did.

They worry so much for their future that they couldn’t be bothered to vote for it.

    Idiots.

  2. Good video – succinct and to the point. There have been a couple of good articles in 'Spiked!' along the same lines; that these kids are completely blind to the irony inherent in accusing everyone who voted out of being what they themselves epitomise.

  3. What concerns me is that the elite at the top are getting bolder and more powerful, while the snowflakes are becoming more predominant at the other end of the spectrum.  Without an older generation to act as moderators the two are eventually going to meet and the world will end up with a ruling elite and a population of mindless drones who can only function under orders from above.

It's a bit of a nightmare, worst case scenario but I'm doing my damndest to pass on my rebellious nature and devious ways to the future generation.

  4. A commenter on a newspaper thread (it would be the Indie which has been stoking the fires of remain resentment since the vote) remarked that it's possibly not fortuitous that young people are so ill-educated that they'd just be compliant drones in the EU's superstate.

I've thought for years now that those who are outraged at non-pc opinions or even the slightest deviation from the correct language actually have no real respect for other people but I'm speechless (well, not literally!) at the ignorance displayed by those kids in the video.  They lack knowledge, they couldn't get themselves organised enough to register to vote on time, some preferred Glastonbury to voting, others didn't bother to vote and yet if you were to point all this out to them, they'd just bristle with indignation.  And don't even bother to explain the inconsistency of protesting against a decision arrived at through direct democracy – their head's would explode.

  5. Great Thor but do we have an absolute shitpile of these special ‘tards in the States. However, one doesn't run into them often unless you frequent cafes; the more industrious snowflakes "work" as baristas, their attitude aggressively declaiming worth far above their current position. Now and then I’ll wander into one of these places and order a plain house coffee, no cream or sugar, just to watch the baristas bring themselves to a boil without exploding. Fun times…

Fortunately, our snowflakes can never seem to register to vote, so no worries there.

  6. I just don't get this barista thing – is it more than just the person who works a coffee making machine?  There are courses in it FFS!

……..Ye Gods! There's one which lasts for 3 months – which includes a module on career development!!!

    • Week 1.  Learn how to handle and use a pair of scissors.

Week 2.  Learn how to open a bag of coffee beans using a scissors.

Week 3.  The art and techniques of pouring coffee beans into a grinder.

Week 4.  Learn how to locate a power socket and plug a coffee grinder in.

      etc.

  7. Great little video. Those pretty young women are afraid of their natural prettiness and 'decorate' their faces with paint as if they were preteens at a summer fair. (Where is the candy floss?)  Behind the commentator I see a big map of Africa and I think some of these spoiled young metropolitans should go as volunteers to an impoverished country, to teach in bush schools, to help shanty town dwellers dig pit latrines or lay water pipes, or to show villagers how to use crop rotation and companion cropping for better food production. But if these painted youngsters don't want to volunteer their talents they can at least get up at 6 am every morning in their Camden apartments and have cold showers, and have cold showers before retiring in the evening at 11 pm. Or they could visit a bog near the Wild Atlantic Way and try cutting sods of turf for a fortnight. Get out and smell the peat honey-bunny, I'd say to one of these girls.

    • Personally I find them rather sad and a little frightening [the future captains of industry?]  They strike me as belonging to a cause just because it's a cause and not because it's a topic they are particularly concerned about.  The one with the goggles on her head [?] seems very confused about the whole business – she'll have to pay now to go to France?  It will be the end of the Health Service?  I wonder if she even knows where France is?

God love 'em but I doubt if any of 'em could tolerate a day's work, let alone digging turf for a fortnight.

  8. Agree with every word you say one reason I got away from the EU as far as I could.
What's coming is not going to be nice complete control by the unelected elite making slaves of their people. What is hard to understand is first why governments are going along with it and secondly why the public like in Ireland are taken in by this con job.

The future is complete control you will have to seek permission to leave your house. Your car will have a black box which they will only allow you to go the places they allow. Smart meters will give the EU Big Brother all the information on what you are watching on TV a cashless society will tell them what you are spending your money on. Any criticism of the EU/NWO will be punished by imprisonment.  The internet will be completely controlled.

Of course there are millions of these young people who have been brainwashed in the schools for years who will welcome this just see their reaction to the Brexit vote.
The problem with these brain dead idiot students is this. I can only speak for UK but I'm sure Ireland is the same. All the exams are dumbed down like GCSE's and A Levels these morons can keep retaking parts of them till they pass. This gives them the idea that if you don't get what you want just keep doing it till you get the result you want this is shown in their reaction to the Brexit vote. Coupled with this most are on dumbed-down degrees like 'media studies' another government con job to keep the unemployment figures down. This morons then get the idea they are intelligent they are not, just listen to them speak they can hardly string a sentence together.

They are just what the elite want mindless slaves it's the future be glad we won't be around to see it.

  9. I agree with everything you say.

The future is complete control by the EU/NWO Elite you will be forced to have a black box in your car you will have to get permission to make any journey. A cash less society will allow them to know what you are spending your money on and  take any taxes and fines from your account. The internet will be completely controlled with a password given to by the elite if you criticize the EU/NWO this password will be removed a you will have no internet access [ this is already planned] Of course millions of these brain dead youngsters will welcome this because they have been brainwashed in the schools and universities for years.                                                                                                                       The problem with these students and I can only speak from the UK but Ireland must be the same. 10. It is a bit troubling though there is some pushback.   Much of this is on you tube rather than blogs.

Channels like Paul Joseph Watson, whose video you have featured, are journalistic others look at various different aspects including Generation Snowflake, SJWs, Free speech, academia etc.

Examples are: Sargon of Akaad (Analysis esp 'The week in stupid', Undoomed (deconstructing snowflakes), Kraut and Tea (German perspective), Bearing (Humour), Dr Randomercam (Humour+), Studio Brule (Janice Fiamengo – Academic) and TL;DR (analysis).  The closest to general media is Milo Yiannopoulos, who is making waves.  Milo sometimes appears on Sky News.

Some of these channels have high numbers of subscribers (Sargon has nearly 350K) and many have gained large numbers recently (Bearing went from zero to 150K+ in less than a year).

There are many others.  I do not necessarily agree with their views, which is the point really, as I do try to get a range of opinions.

Change is in the wind and, since I try to be optimistic, positive change.

  11. Dear Grandad

In common with much of the West, the UK education system is geared up to produce mindless drones incapable of critical thought, all clued up on the fear du jour.

Lack of personal responsibility is a feature, not a bug.

'Love' for the EU accords with the Prophet Orwell, and the UK's exit from Eurasia to become Airstrip One in Oceania restores the prophesy. Soon we shall always have been at war with Eurasia Eastasia and the chocolate ration will be increased from 30 grammes to 25 grammes a week.

  12. I must be in the minority here as a 19 y/o who actually would’ve voted to *LEAVE* the EU.

My opinion of the EU is low. Very low. I see it as a useless group of politicians imposing pathetic restrictions on people (i.e. banning hi-powered vacuum cleaners!), when they themselves were never voted in by the people.

Free-trade is alright in small doses. Trading blocs like this one aren’t so much. Using rich countries to prop up those with historically woeful monetary policy (*cough* Greece *cough*) is pathetic. They need to learn, much like these Snowflakes, rather than wait on the next handout.

I’ll stop now before wandering off the track. Hopefully you get my views. The election here in Australia is nothing short of a disaster thus far – the loony-lefties are claiming a victory they’ve not won, while bashing the right for “loosing,” when they’re practically guaranteed a minority government at this point.

    • Welcome Aren!  Your summary of the EU is spot on.  The original idea of a trading group made a lot of sense, and that's why people opted in.  What they didn't realise was that the free trade agreement was just the first step on the path to a United States of Europe, and by the time people realised, it was too late.  The UK is the great hope now – people can see that there is a way out.  I sincerely hope that Brexit was just the begining.

  13. I was, in some ways, hoping London would leave the UK, then if greater integration was the theme, London would lose the Finance industry to EU control and be no more than a little place. This would mean Snowflakes would have to fund themselves because there would be no London money for them. Maybe some road building or grave digging or something (anything) that would demand more than a painted faced tea party movement.  Perhaps they would have to leave London for the security of the continent and a hope of a brighter future – somewhere like Greece, maybe? The joy of losing London would be that the Midlands & North would be happily independent and not let them back in – well, they'd need 'points' via an Australian system, and I'm just not sure what points could be awarded, for even their language seems a different form of nothing much than has previously been known.  The Tea Party People must forge their own world, like the Amish, perhaps?  But they must learn to build their own horse-buggy and know their mushrooms from their mushrooms.

I think it will be alright in the end, but I think National Service would have helped a great deal. I never thought I would say that, but it became worse than one could have imagined.  I thought if I had kids I might Home School, just to protect their freedom to disagree.  I knew as soon as they started imposing a blazer with yellow piping, and a jumper in similar style (Hi de Hi) that school was finally succeeding in stamping out brightness, wit, and meaningful subversiveness.  God bless the child who survives this ordeal and moons everyone at the prom (no moshing at the disco anymore).

    • Welcome JM!  It did cross my mind that the City of London could declare independence from the UK and remain in the EU.  After all, the Vatican is an independent state within a city.  Shades of "Passport to Pimlico"?
